From October 29 to 30, the Chandler Asian Festival featured cultural displays from South to Far East Asia. Video in the article.
At around 10%, Chandler has an unusually high percentage of residents with Asian roots. The Asian Festival that took place over the weekend in Tumbleweed Park in Chandler featured a variety of cultural displays from India over the Philippines to Japan.
Especially popular were the many food stalls that sold tasty treats to customers willing to wait for them in long lines.
