Some Chandler neighborhoods were especially festive with almost every house dressed up in scary garb with residents offering candy to children in costume.
A unique American tradition, Halloween brought together neighbors and communities in Chandler last Monday. Some neighborhoods went all out and had nearly every house decorated with candy on offer to elaborately dressed up kids, and sometimes grown-ups.
